JDM Design's dedicated procurement team works closely with our clients to achieve a successful operation for your business. From project kick-off to installation, our FF&E procurement team works with you to plan, budget and deliver your exact project requirements on schedule.
Development & Planning
JDM Design’s planning process begins with an understanding of our client’s project goals and requirements. We work closely to develop a custom process that is tailored to your needs. This includes a comprehensive budget structure designed to minimize total cost.
Once a purchasing policy, budget and installation schedule are established, we utilize our network of industry trade vendors to source merchandise and negotiate the best possible cost. Purchase Orders are generated, and payments are made to vendors through JDM Design on our client’s behalf.
Our FF&E procurement team will oversee all logistics for shipping and receiving of merchandise. This process includes production, tracking, monitoring, expediting reports and coordination with the logistics companies.
Our team will research and coordinate local receiving warehouses for storage and installation if required for the project.
Installation & Project Completion
Our FF&E procurement process is complete when your merchandise is delivered, installed and in proper working order to your satisfaction.
During project completion, JDM Design compares invoices against purchase orders, payments to vendors and provides a final budget overview, which includes copies of all purchase orders and vendor receipts.
